**Content Producer - Launchpad** Contract Length: anticipated 12 months Location: London, the post holder will be nationally based with regular visits required to establishments. You will be expected to be in the office 2 /3 days per week. Our client is within central government, and they are looking to hire a Content Producer to join a newly formed Editorial Team. The team will provide central support for content sourcing and original content creation which can be used across all teams. It will help provide communications training and support to local communications officers, identify any potential risks with content, encourage use of the technology across teams and wider partners. As the Content Producer you will have at least five years’ experience working in a similar role and previous experience of designing and producing creative content including: videography, photography, animation and graphic design for Launchpad. A Launchpad Content Producer is required to to create a range of content which can be used in all teams and supporting central teams by making content specifically for this channel that helps them with their campaigns or policy changes. We are looking for a Content Producer with broad experience in one or more of the following: videography, photography, animation an/or graphic design skills. This is a non-operational role with no line management responsibilities. As the Content Producer you will have the following responsibilities:

- Design and produce creative content including: videography, photography, animation and graphic design for Launchpad
- Working closely with the central team content production team to ensure that we have the right photographs and videography to support content for Launchpad
- Create and maintain editorial standards document that local communications officers can use when producing local content
- Work with the central team Content Production Team to ensure that editorial standards for Launchpad are reflected in any central document
- Providing advice on locally produced content to ensure it meets editorial standards
- Supporting on specific training needs for local communications officers such as basic graphic design or photography
- Advising the Agency on the best product for their messaging, including accessibility advice and support
- Evaluation of each product and sharing insight and evaluation with the wider Communications team and those commissioning work
- Working closely with the Account Manager and others to understand and meet the needs of the audience

As the Launchpad Content Producer you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skillset:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Skills required to have one or more of the following: videography, photography, animation an/or graphic design skills.
- Ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.

**Anticipated Length of Assignment**: Unless otherwise stated (we do carry the occasional permanent vacancy) all of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent.
