**Project Assistant -18 -month Fixed Term Contract - Job in Wimborne**

As Project Assistant, you will be a key member of the core project team with a focus to drive forward activity to support the delivery of a successful outcome to their digital transformation project.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (DOE)

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Assistant**:

- To provide day-to-day support for the Project Managers, Project Consultant, and workstream leaders on IT transformation projects
- Scheduling tasks, risk, and progress management liaising with stakeholders
- Arranging meetings on behalf of the Project Managers, whilst ensuring actions are allocated and followed up
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Project Managers
- To maintain a first-class level of service ensuring that all stakeholders are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner
- To work within the values of the business and all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Enthusiastic and positive, able to embrace change
- A methodical approach to process, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Good organisational, administration and communications skills
