Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a SHEQW Administrator to work on our Thames Water Developer Services contract. This role is office based with some travel, so a full driving license is essential. There would be the opportunity for professional development into a SHEQW Advisor depending on aptitude and interest.

As the SHEQW Administrator, you will be required to manage SHEQW dashboards. You will work with the SHEQW team to administrate and report on SHEQW data such as accident/incident records, inspections, audits, and tours. You will compile KPI information and briefing notes for monthly and quarterly meetings with the SHEQW and leadership teams. You will also work on information gathering for internal and subcontractor audits.

You will collaborate with the Central SHEQW team on a regional audit programme and develop a regional audit tracker. You will support and cascade key SHEQW information and Health and Safety and Wellbeing initiatives across the contract. You will also manage MS Teams channel for the southern SHEQW team and intranet page to promote communication.

Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain rapport with wider stakeholders?

Do you hold a current driving licence? You will need to hold one to be considered for this role.

Can you demonstrate working with data with systems like Power BI?

Are you able to produce reports and dashboards to all organisational levels?

Are you a Mental Health First Aider, have** **NEBOSH general/construction certificate in Health and Safety or NEBOSH or IEMA environmental qualification - don’t worry if you don’t, we can provide training?

Do you have previous experience in Health & Safety?
