An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we now seek to appoint an experienced Cybersecurity and Network Specialist to join our growing team.

You will be lead on the design, implementation and maintenance of our network and cybersecurity infrastructure. You will also respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats using appropriate procedures, tools and techniques and administer the University’s SIEM and cyber training platform.

Reporting to the Cybersecurity and Network Manager you will work in a friendly and demanding environment so you’ll need to be a competent, self-motivated individual who can deliver excellent work both individually and together with other IT colleagues.

You will also possess good problem solving and analytical skills with interpersonal skills that enable you to confidently interact and collaborate with a broad range of people. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required alongside strong organisational skills.
