Phoenix property maintenance is looking for a painter/decorator to join our growing team.

We require our decorators to be able to ;
- Prepare surrounding areas correctly to prevent any messes#
- Using high grade wall papers and standard grade wall papers
- Preparing paint surfaces correctly such as washing walls
- Correctly remove any fixtures required removing prior to decorating
- Moving furniture and equipment if necessary
- Able to paint a variety of surfaces including walls, ceilings, kitchen units etc
- Have experience with external painting include walls, fences, facades etc
- Preparing woodwork such as skirtings and door frames
- Be able to wallpaper to a high standard

Work is varied and comes with mainly residential work so a fantastic level of customer service will be required and uniform will be supplied to keep up our high level of presentation. You must also have your own tools/equipment.
