**Mobile Area Supervisor**

As the Area Supervisor (Mobile), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of services across our Regional High Street Contract on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing clear direction, guidance, training, and support to all employees within your designated area.

By overseeing the execution of tasks and workflows, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Your proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership will be essential in maintaining efficiency and productivity throughout the region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives; promoting the Company and development of services
- Maintain regular contact with all ISS employees within their area of responsibility
- Ensure that all employees are appropriately inducted, trained and developed. This responsibility includes identification of training needs, recommending training programmes, monitoring and evaluating the effect of that training
- Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of staff and equipment
- Completion of periodic carpet and upholstery cleans within specification and agreed timescales
- Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Ensure regular audits on standards and due diligence documentation are carried out
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation
- Manage implementation of Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policy. Carry out Risk Assessments on methods of work, use of chemicals and equipment, and maintain relevant documentation. Carry out H&S tool box talks with employees
- Ensure staffs are all managed effectively following Company HR procedure to point of, not including, termination

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Area Cleaning Supervisory experience
- Basic IT - tablet and phone
