Are you interested in complexity, longer-term therapeutic work, and close multi-disciplinary team working?The Forensic Psychology department is seeking to recruit a Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to join both our Pre-Discharge unit based in Oxford and the Forensic Community Mental Health Team (FCMHT). Newly and recently qualified psychologists are also very welcome to apply, as we can offer the post as a Band 7 preceptorship/development to 8a. We welcome a range of psychological models and reflective thinking and creative approaches are highly valued. There is an emphasis on close multi-disciplinary team working. Staff support and working with families/carers are an important part of the role.There will also be opportunities to lead on service wide projects in order to contribute significantly to improving the quality of the psychological services that we provide. Our large psychology department is proud of the diversity of therapeutic approaches utilised in our work, wheresupervision and continuing professional development is prioritised.
