Our Hubs Team is looking to employ a **Corporate Apprentice(Level 2)** based at Central Library Hub The Hayes Cardiff CF10 1FL, to contribute to our Service helping us to deliver An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals with excellent customer care skills to join our team at Central Library Hub. The Hubs provide professional front line advice to customers on Housing Benefits. These include Universal Credit, Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction schemes, and a wide range of Council services including those provided by partner organisations.

**About the job**
In this Corporate **Apprentice** **(Level **2**)** role you will learn to:
Full training will be provided and our Team will help and encourage you to develop in the role and you will be encouraged to take on a variety of duties. You will receive supervision and on the job training and will have a named mentor to support you to deliver an efficient and effective service in a positive, customer-focused manner.

The Corporate Apprentice & Trainee Scheme also provides opportunities to enhance your transferrable skills to help support your career progression.

Many of our teams have moved to online and homeworking working and you will be encouraged to develop the skills to support this. Where homeworking is required, you will be given the necessary equipment however, you will need to arrange your own internet connectivity (some support may be available to help with this).

Weekend working will be required on a rota basis
