Duties will include;
- Managing the monthly end to end payroll process for the business and its subsidiaries establishes and follows best payroll practices
- Administer all Company pension schemes in accordance with pensions legislation
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including maintaining employee payroll records, processing pay adjustments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Performing all new employee inductions
- Ensure that HMRC submissions are submitted on time and are reconciled to payroll and HMRC records
**Qualifications**:
- Must have experience in payroll management and HR reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with a track record of implementing and managing payroll systems.
- You must have Payroll Manager 250 experience.

**Salary**: £36,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
