Job Title - Unified Communications Consultant

Location - remote

Salary - £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + package

Concept Resourcing have been engaged by a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, to find an experienced Microsoft Teams specialist to join their organisation. This role will involve taking technical ownership of the full project lifecycle, with a focus on customerengagement and consultation on solutions, and designs. This will be focused on Microsoft Teams Room based projects.

The Role
- Engage with customers to find the best solution for them, including leading customer facing workshops and presentations
- Design and pricing of solutions, and produce Scope of Works for all quotations
- Produce detailed design documentation around meeting room related IT services from cloud, networks, audio, visual, and security
- Take technical ownership for all solutions designed
- Strong previous knowledge of the Microsoft Teams ecosystem
- Experience designing meeting room solutions
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills
- Full project lifecycle experience
- Knowledge of the wider M365 tech stack
