Our trusted holiday camps operate at venues across the county, providing outstanding childcare & sports provision to children whilst ensuring peace of mind for parents.

The role of a Holiday Camp Sports Coach is to deliver fun and inclusive activities to encourage children to take part in physical activity in a safe environment.

Using supporting resources, you will be expected to deliver a mixture of sports, activities and games to engage children aged between 5 and 12 years of age during each school holiday period.

**Skills and Experience required**

The successful applicant will:

- Share our company mission of developing, encouraging and inspiring individuals through the power of sport and physical activity
- Demonstrate a keen enthusiasm and passion for sport and working with children
- Have experience of working with children and delivering sports activities across the ages of 5 - 12
- Be able to adapt delivery and structure of a session according to age and ability of the group, ensuring individual needs are met
- Have own transport, and be prepared to travel up to 30 mins

**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare and deliver activities for children aged 5-12, focusing on creating a fun, engaging and inclusive environment at our various holiday camps
- Ensure all policies and procedures on camp are adhered to by yourself and the children in your care, including all health and safety, and safeguarding procedures
- Continuously promote the wellbeing of the children in your care.
- Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children into your group and liaising with the Camp Director and/or parents as necessary.

**Benefits**
- Part-time employment, up to 37.5 hours per week during every school holiday period
- Contract: Seasonal work available during all school holiday periods throughout the year
- Monday - Friday working week
- Individual day rate dependant on qualifications and experience
- Internal training and CPD opportunities (Equivalent to 30 hours per year)

**Interview Stages**

After shortlisting has taken place, we adopt a 3 stage interview process:
1. Telephone Interview - To go through the role and get to know you better

2. Practical Delivery - You will be required to plan and deliver a session at one of our holiday camps based on a session objective provided by our team

3. Formal Interview - To discuss your suitability for the role

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£15.00 per hour
