Lewes Pastry Company is an independent artisan bakery, located on North St Lancing. We specialise in producing long fermented sourdough, pastry And confectionary. Our award-winning product have established processes and are produced in an environment with the highest hygiene standards.
We produce for our retail outlets and select number of partners. We are not a wholesale bakery.

The Position
We need both full-time and part -time people to join our highly experienced bread team, and under the supervision of the Head Baker. The role involves owning the process from mixing & shaping to proofing, baking. Clean start Clean finish
We operate 7 days per week, shifts are 8hrs can be early and late, full-time roles are 40 hrs per week
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
