This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our growing support center team in West Bridgford.

**Referral Administrator Role and Responsibilities**:

- Answering the telephone acting as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries
- Use of the diary system to effectively & accurately manage the clinician’s diaries
- Ensure all relevant clinical information is recorded prior to the appointment
- Accurate data entry across various systems
- Amendment of bookings
- Liaise with insurance companies to resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure the safe handling of customer data at all times
- General administration
- To provide customer service excellence at all times

**Role Requirements**: To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and the below skillset:

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly build rapport
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience within a customer service roles
- The ability to work in a continuously developing environment
- Strong problem solving skills
