**Learning Support Assistant**
**We have a great opportunity to join a school in the Fulham area as a Learning Support Assistant Looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with our pupils alongside our specialist class teachers at this fantastic SEN school.**
This is a full time role therefore you must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm. Experience working with children in the UK is required and you must be willing to work with SEN children.
The School:
- A fantastic SEN school which provides support for pupils through small group or 1:1 sessions.
- Provides in-class and therapeutic support assistance.
- Caters for ages 7-19.
- The school creates a supportive and tailored environment for students to learn and achieve their goals.
The role:
- Collaborate with staff to create a supportive environment to enhance the students learning.
- As a Learning Support Assistant you will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their understanding of the lesson materials.
- Assist staff in behaviour management.
- Engage in creating lesson content, modifying it where needed.
**Requirements**:
- You must to available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm.
- Be able to communicate effectively with pupils and teachers as a Learning Support Assistant.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances as a Learning Support Assistant.
- DBS or willing to pay for one.
- Experience working with children in the **UK.**
- Either live in Fulham or within a commutable distance.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
