**Pay rate**: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling: Ensuring all work is carried out in a timely fashion to allow for the various processes involved.
- Production efficiency: Organising operations to minimise material, labour and transport costs
- Factory management: To ensure that factory operations meet all Health & Safety, Environmental and other regulatory requirements as directed by the Production Manager
- Change management: To actively generate new and improved methods of working and production processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
