Nursery Supervisor

Aktiva Camps Ltd. are currently looking for a new area manager to support the quality and delivery of service within our childcare provisions.

This role is varied and allows for flexible working. You will be responsible for supporting 4 to 5 our after school settings.

Working 40 hours per week between the hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm. This role allows for some time working from home but will also require the individual to visit and check in with sites on a regular basis.

The area manager will be responsible for staffing and recruitment supporting the HR function. Providing training on site to staff, demonstrating and role modelling good practice, ensuring sites are Ofsted compliant and meeting early year requirements. Building relationships with host schools, parents and the team. Supporting the planning and delivery of sessions. Creating risk assessments and conducting health and safety checks. The area manager ensures that all operational aspects of the business are running fluently.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
