**School Cleaner Required - Term time**

Nexgen Facilities Services LTD are seeking a hard-working, reliable individual to join our team cleaning a local school.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 4 hours per day
- From 3.30pm
- 20 hours per week
- term time cleaning, 40 weeks per year

**Pay**:

- £12 per hour
- £960 paid 4 weekly - term time
- NOT CASH IN HAND

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Time management: The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively is crucial in order to complete cleaning duties within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina: Cleaning can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong work ethic: A strong work ethic is necessary to consistently meet cleanliness standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues is important to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
