Nursery Caretaker

Tudor House Day Nurseries are recruiting for an individual who can maintain the health and safety and high standards of the nursery grounds and buildings. The individual will join our estates team and work alongside our other 2 caretakers.
- have a good standard of maintenance experience
- have experience of carrying out DIY tasks
- have a good level of health and safety experience
- friendly with good communication skills
- be able to co-ordinate and manage tasks
- demonstrate flexibility to cover all 7 Tudor House nurseries

Duties involve
- DIY tasks
- painting/decorating
- cleaning and gardening

This is a full or part time post with flexible working patterns on an all-year-round basis.

Working hours are negotiable, although minimum 25 hours per week.

Driving license is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
