My client based in Leeds is looking to welcome a customer experience representative into their new and expanding customer service department. My client is one of The UK's largest training and assessment companies with almost 20 years of industry experience. The main purpose of the role will be providing support to all customers who are undergoing assessments and or training. This role is responsible for the customers experience from enrolment until training courses or assessments are complete, while ensuring all admin and queries are dealt with efficiently.

**What will you be doing?**
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Working closely with the administrative department if they need assistance
- Keeping the database up to date
- Assisting visitors at the centre
- Working closely with the training team
- Dealing with customer or client enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction is provided from enrolment to post course certifications being given.
- Taking feedback from delegates and reporting any issues to the relevant departments to be dealt with in order to maintain high standards
