**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the support desk, assisting clients with website issues, updates, testing, and small support projects.
- Handle all website/digital support inquiries and requests from initiation to completion, maintaining clear communication with clients and providing advice when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver better digital experiences and escalate issues to second-line support or Support Services managers when necessary.
- Deliver excellent quality service to agreed service levels, understand client needs, and build strong relationships with clients.
- Lead client meetings/calls, prepare meeting agendas and slides, and work closely with account, development, design, UX, QC, and DevOps team members.
- Handle P1 incidents raised by clients, complete incident reports, and provide client training and user guidelines as needed.

*Key Skills & experience*
- 1-2+ years of experience in technical maintenance and supporting websites, preferably in a digital agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with service desk systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or Zoho.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a problem-solving approach and analytical mindset.
- Understanding of ISO27001, ITIL, and service delivery standards.
- Project management experience is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,379.00-£32,399.00 per year
