Site Chargehand

My client is looking for a **Site Chargehand** to oversee our operations at various job sites.

The Site Chargehand will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily activities of our team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Pay Rate**: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour

**Shifts**: Monday - Friday 7.00am-4.00pm

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage a team of workers at job sites
- Work on sites as part of a team
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation
- Van driving

You must live within commutable distance of Belfast to be considered for this role.
