Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for Quality Inspectors for an internationally recognised Automotive Manufacturer based in the Washington Area.

Our client assemble and supply Exterior Trims world-wide to the Automotive Industry.

The Role:

- Working as part of the quality team within production.
- Working on the production line, carrying out 100% inspection of parts.
- Assuring the quality of the products are acceptable prior to shipment.
- Following the standard work and line requirements.

As part of the quality team within the business, with a strong quality culture, you will be expected to contribute towards the business goal of zero defects and customer satisfaction.

The person:

- Makes sound decisions
- Decides in a timely manner
- Confidently takes action based on decisions
- Decides with conviction, does not second guess without very good information
- Considers alternatives & potential consequences

Previous quality inspection experience within the Automotive sector is essential for this position.

Shift Pattern:
06.30am-14.48pm

15.45pm-00.03am

**Salary**:
Day Shift - £10.00

Late Shift - £12.40

(Pay increase after 12 weeks of service)

Overtime paid at an additional rate, depending when worked.
