**Are you a financial services administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment, with hybrid working - 3 days per week from home?**

Due to continued company growth providing fee based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the Financial Advisers.

Duties for this role will include:

- Provide high quality administrative support to the advisers and other members of the support team;
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication;
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; illustrations and supporting documentation;
- Prepare Portfolio Reports for client meetings
- An excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
- Experience in an IFA support role
- Good knowledge of financial services software systems.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Good IT skills, good spreadsheet and database knowledge.
- Effective organisational skills

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
