Our client is specialist flooring contract in the north west. who is looking for a Junior QS to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio of jobs.

Some of the responsibilities this role includes are:

- Reporting weekly revenues and cost reports.
- Working and practical knowledge of Schedule of Rates
- Reconciling costs
- Managing Variation orders
- Pricing the completed jobs for high volume works
- Developing relationships further with the clients
- Liaising with Operations and Planning to monitor job progress and scope changes
- A relevant degree in quantity surveying
- Experience working in a similar role on projects start to finish.
- Proactive and exceptional communication and problem solving skills

Salary £30,000 -£40,000 depending on experience
