Due to increasing presence in the (nearshore/offshore) energy market, EnerGlobe are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to help us grow and develop within the sector. We are looking for a self-motivated and keen individual who is not afraid to work hard and has a desire to learn.

As a recently formed business, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join us from the roots up and grow with the organisation, offering ample opportunity for career development, as well as the chance to be instrumental in shaping our culture and business.

We are looking for someone with previous experience (2-5yrs ideally) in the offshore wind/cable market, however this is not essential and we fully believe in supporting the development of the the right individual with transferrable skills.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Proactive searching to find the best talent in the market.
- Awareness of business development and lead generation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £18,600.00-£24,000.00 per year
