Tutor

Duties
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing a degree) or exceptional GCSE results
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and explain complex concepts to students
- Patience and empathy when working with students who may be struggling
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques and strategies

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
