An exciting role has arisen within the Third largest casino in the country

We are looking for fun and outgoing people with good communication skills, seeking a front facing customer role.

Your duties will be to......

Ensure all Guests and particularly slots and electronic roulette gaming customers receive excellent customer service, following company procedures and all gambling commission guidelines, You will also be required to assist in reception duties and promotions, rotating between roles as part of a team.

We will train you in the electronic side of gaming to be able to have detailed understanding of player tracking, machine maintenance and customer service, you will also gain an understanding of casino licensing laws and codes of practice

We are a 24 hour casino and shifts are on a rota basis covering days, nights, bank holidays and weekends. This is a customer facing role so customer service experience is a must and personality is the key.

All training will be provided.

Applicants must be aged 18+

Applicants must have a clean criminal record
