Chemotherapy Pharmacist required for Surrey based hospital placement.
One/two days working remotely will be considered but MUST be able to commute to the hospital rest of the week.
Duties to include: Visiting the cancer ward, Performing medicines reconcilliation, drug histories and supply of in patient and take home medicines to patients, Screening Chemo prescriptions for oral and parental Chemotheraphy, Ansering queries from health careprofessions and patients relating to cancer services, Working in the Aseptic Unit as a releasing Pharmacist following completion of training logs.
