This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an already established working knowledge of a busy transport department eager to take their career to the next stage.

**The role;**
- General system administration, ensuring jobs are closed off in full within time frames
- Order entry within TMS system
- Ensuring all POD’s are returned & available within the system
- Liaising with partner depots to ensure our daily deliveries are on track & customer informed of any potential issues
- Assisting the planners with the routing of pallet network, groupage & general haulage vehicles including collection management
- Covering the planners roles during times of holiday or absence
- Must have willingness to learn
- Be flexible during peak times & for holiday cover of the planners
- Have excellent communication skills with a can do attitude
- Be proficient using Outlook/Excel/Word/TMS’s

**Hours of work** - 08:00 - 18:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
