The Recruitment Co are looking for General Operatives to join a busy herb factory in Bourne.

This is a temporary position but ongoing for the foreseeable future.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment on a production line performing several different jobs such as sorting, weighing, and packing herbs for production. You will be required to stand for long periods of time.

**No previous experience necessary but you must have:
- Own transport
- Good attention to detail
- Fast paced and methodical
- Committed to hit targets
- Speak and understand basic English

**Shift as a Production Operative**:
We have full and part time positions available and can be flexible on your working days.
Day shift: 7am - 19:00pm (2 - 4 days per week)

**Pay rate as a Production Operative**:
Day shift - £11.44 per hour basic, and £14.30 per hour overtime after 40.25 hours per week.
