**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm (Full-time and part-time will be considered)

TimePlan Education are working with an SEN school based in Lymington who are currently recruiting for a number of teaching assistants. The school pride themselves on providing a supportive and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, either in a school setting or a relevant care environment.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach towards supporting students' individual needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals.
- The ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Basic knowledge of relevant SEN conditions, learning difficulties, and appropriate support strategies.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, would be advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £75.00-£85.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 04/09/2023
