**Job Title**: Hatchery Egg Supervisor

**Reporting to**: Hatchery Manager

Overall aim of the Job: To assist in all aspects of running the hatchery smoothly and efficiently.

**Key tasks within the job**:

- Manages egg bank and maintains records.
- Build and label credible set for incubation.
- Ensure Egg end and all trolleys are clean and sanitized.
- Conduct egg grading and maintain records.
- Liaise with drivers for correct egg drop offs.
- Place set, balance load and timings of trolleys and eggs
- Transportation of rack trolleys
- Manage farm trolley availability for collections.
- Maintain and lubricate setter trolleys.

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Hours per week**: 39 Hours per week
**Working Times**: Monday to Thursday 05:45am - 14:30pm & Friday’s 05:45am - 11:45pm
**Pay Rate**: £11.70 per hour.

**Own transport is essential due to the remote location, based approximately 5 miles from Ipswich.**
