A high-end audio-visual company providing specialist solutions and equipment to television, live events, movie sets, festivals, and market leading venues. We are seeking a driven who shares an interest within production and events to ensure that all equipmentis prepared for rental to a high standard.
The role
My client is seeking a Prep Supervisor to manage the Prep team, overseeing their performance, and ensuring the highest quality standards in relation to the Warehouse operations and assist in the day to day running of the Warehouse and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- To recognise and promote the importance of accuracy in our processes in maintaining excellent delivery
- To line manage the prep team, including leading departmental meetings
- To plan the prep of all jobs from the Feltham Warehouse
- To advise Warehouse Manager on resource level required
- To supervise the loading of equipment onto vehicles at the Warehouse
- To ensure that prep processes are followed
- To ensure vehicles are loaded in a timely fashion
- To ensure all equipment movements are fully complete
- To accurately monitor and follow the Delivery Schedule
- To supervise and manage the movement of sub hires
- To be the point of escalation for unexpected shortages

**Skills**:

- Previous experience of the Audio-Visual Industry an advantage
- Previous experience of supervisor or management position an advantage
- Competency with computers including Microsoft 365 Packages (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Lightning desirable
- Full, clean driving licence desirable
