**Fixed term until February 2024**

**Part Time - 18.75 hours per week**

**Band 5 - Salary Range £26,104 - £32,915 per annum (pro rata)**

**Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,971 per annum (pro rata)**

**A pro rata Relocation Allowance may be offered**

In this role you will project manage the Otago Falls Prevention Programme in Shetland, including mainstreaming and evaluating the programme. You will also help with establishing the falls prevention service in Shetland on behalf of the Falls Managed Clinical Network (MCN), working under the direction of the Health Improvement. This will involve liaising with staff from a range of agencies, with patients, carers and families to set the programme up in localities across Shetland and to also assist in pre and post assessment measures as well as programme delivery. You will have experience of working in a multi-agency role and with people at risk of falls and will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.
