Maintenance Handyman

**WE ARE HIRING**

Currently ooking for a handyperson who has a variety of trade skills, including simple Joinery Work, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting & Decorating. Must be able to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to ensure that guest expectations are met during their stay.

**Skills / Experience**:
Must be organised, have great attention to detail, experienced using tools, and be a proficient problem solver. The position will suit someone who has worked within maintenance before, you should have a range of skills across a few trades, however a trade qualification is not required.

**Duties**:
Maintenance of all fixtures and fittings, quick essential fixes including replacing light bulbs, fixing toilet flushes, un-blocking sinks /waste pipes, tracing and repairing leaks,, sealing baths & showers, Ensure all boilers / radiators are working efficiently. Refurbishment Projects, including bathrooms, laying new floors, painting and decorating.

**Salary**: negotiable upon experience

Tools & Vehicle can be supplied if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£18.00 per hour
