**Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical - Nights**

**Location: Poole**

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical - Nights to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a group of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
- Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with company objectives.
- Delegate work assignments, track progress, and provide constructive feedback throughout projects.
- Address work quality issues, employee conflicts, and other concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.
- Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, and develop strategies to improve productivity.
- Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment during machine service.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as needed.
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Maintain electronic records of all maintenance and repairs.
- Control maintenance budget and spending.
- Set working hours for the department and obtain approval through the Maintenance Superintendent.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification is a plus.

**Package**:

- Salary: £48,500k + Bonus
- OTE: Approximately £60,000.
- Night Shift Role: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6am (5 x 8hr nights).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £48,500.00-£51,700.00 per year
