Seeking a Qualified Primary Teacher for an outstanding primary school in Halewood. The school are looking for a dedicated and committed teacher who fits well into the ethos of the team and has a passion for developing children's knowledge and understanding.
This role will include various tasks such as:
- Planning and delivering of engaging lessons
- Being willing and able to work with KS2 pupils, managing behaviour in line with school policies.
- Delivering engaging and interesting lessons in line with the current National Curriculum
- Ensuring all marking is completed and hand over notes are left.
- Engaging with the pupils and keeping them on task, assisting with queries where possible.
- Dealing with any immediate issues or emergencies according to the school policies and procedures.
- Assessing pupil progress
- Applicant requirements:
- The school will consider NQT's and are looking for:
An outstanding classroom practitioner who has high expectations of children and their learning.
- Has knowledge of effective strategies to raise attainment and progress & can work well as part of a team.
- Is creative and constantly looking for ways to engage and inspire children.
- Has good organisational and classroom management skills.
