**Job Purpose**:
- To run this profitable operation
- Work with the senior agriculture team and farm operatives to ensure that production targets, budget, key KPI’s and retailer requirements are met.
- To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in stock husbandry and the environmental policy is adhered to.
- Oversee and control staffing requirements for the site.
You
- Experience as a Farm Manager or Assistant Farm Manager
- Have a motivational and can-do attitude
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Passionate about animal husbandry
