**£40183,60 per annum Plus company van & fuel card**

**About the Role**:
Part of a local team undertaking supervisory duties and high standard Electrical works associated with installation, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances across commercial properties, schools and public buildings in accordance with the current edition of the IET wiring regulations. This will be done in ensuring all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with Company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

**Role Criteria**:
Supervisory experience

Electrical Qualifications

Managing, monitoring, recording, and reporting of Health & Safety and compliance.

Health & Safety knowledge, including COSHH.

Proven Skills & Knowledge in the following:
Interpersonal and communication.

People management with ability to lead & mentor others.

Strong customer focus.

Problem solving & results orientated.

Planning and organisational.

Decisive decision making.

Ability to negotiate and influence.

IT literate with confident oral and written communication skills.

Other attributes

Full, current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of team, demonstrates company values such as customer first.
