- **Job Description**_
Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) is a global business providing a range of equipment based on energetic materials for defence, civil defence and key commercial customers.
- **Key Accountabilities & Duties**:_
- Carry out all activities in full compliance with H&SE legislation, within company policy and procedure.
- Responsible for reporting any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions observed (using the Near Miss System) in accordance with responsibilities under the Health and Safety at work Act.
- Main point of contact between Business Units/Planning Dept/Supplier Management/Programme Managers and Customers for standard production orders.
- Attend Business Unit production meeting as required, to enable information gathering for customer support.
- Prepare quotations for price list items
- Arrange transport for customer orders, using pre-approved methods and carriers designated by Logistics Manager.
- Ensure adequate timings are incorporated into customers required delivery dates and manufacturing/release mechanisms completing.
- Maintain/Enhance customer relations, delivering customer service in line with company policies and applicable legislations.
- Liaise with Export Control Co-ordinator, to ensure compliance with UK Govt Legislation.
- Support of Epicor System
- **Qualifications/ Experience**:_
- Relevant Experience or Qualification in Customer Relationship Management and administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning Communication skills
- Decision making
- Collaborative working
