**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading the administration of:

- Windows Server and VM ware virtual environment
- SAN / NAS technologies
- Building and maintenance of physical and virtual servers and workstations
- Supporting the Information Assurance and Security requirements
- Management of patching and software updates via WSUS configuration and administration
- System back-ups and restore capabilities (utilizing Veeam)
- Participate in monitoring and managing Server resources (disk space, event logs, backups etc.) including upgrades to existing hardware
- Knowledge of Networks (VLANS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Security technologies and toolsets
- Production of associated documentation

**Your skills and experiences**:
**ESSENTIALS**:

- Certifications in VMware (or relevant experience)
- Significant experience working within Windows Server domain (3rdline support / Wintel)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong trouble shooting and problem resolution skills

**DESIRABLES**:

- Degree in a related discipline
- Exposure to Information Security and Assurance; PowerShell and scripting
- Experience with: Operational Technology / Industrial Control Systems; SCCM administration; Splunk Monitoring
- SQL Database Administration

**The IM&T team**:
As an IM&T Practitioner/Associate, you will be building strong relationships across different functions in order to lead and manage the administration of the standalone IT infrastructure within a new facility. You will be supporting the wider Engineering and Process and Governance Teams in order to support the IT infrastructure and information security requirements.

You will be a proactive individual that has the ability to work well under your own initiative and lead/support other team members.
