**Location**: Alloa, Clackmannanshire
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Our client in Alloa are looking to expand their inside sales team by handling inbound communication from customers, process orders and upsell products.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Driving Sales orders to meet scheduled forecasts
- Engage and actively support Demand Planning Team
- Engage and actively support External Sales Team to achieve account objectives
- Participate in customer meetings with Account Manager either through teams calls or off site
- Providing customer information from our standard range and assist to promote and generate new business with new and existing customers
- Engagement with Logistics and Warehousing
- Providing/updating prices through SAP Business system
- Processing credit, debit notes, glass and packaging returns
