IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF HIGH LEVEL ADMINISTRATION WITHIN A PROFESSIONAL, HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT.

Ideally, you will already have experience of working in the education sector, although this is not essential.

We are seeking the right person who has proven exeprience in an operations/business administration role, who has shown high levels of resilience and professionalism. This is a role where you will grow with us as although we are an established company, we are new to the area.

Full training will be given upon commencement of your role, but there is an expectation to 'make the role your own' through initiative and effectvie contribution as a result of your current level of experience. This is to ensure that we are able to meet the demands of the area on a local level.

You role will include, but not be limited to:

- Assisting with the enrolment of new learners
- Working on our MIS system when creating and uploading monthly reports to the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency)
- Working with the rest of the operations team on data compliance, quality and all things operaitons related
- Attending operations teams meetings to collaborate with staff at each site.
- Leading on new staff inductions through following our comprehensive HR process for safer recrtuitment
- Assisting with emplpoyer and stakeholder queries when required, that are related to operations tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour
