**Join Our Team as a Senior Youth Worker in a Children's Residential Home**

**Salary: £28,500 - £37,000**

Are you a compassionate and experienced individual with a passion for providing exceptional care to children and young people? Do you possess an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and relevant experience in residential childcare settings? Then we want you to join our family-run team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the highest level of support to our children and young people
- Observe, supervise, and monitor children and young people in the residential home
- Report and provide detailed handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Follow and update risk assessments as necessary
- Perform key working duties to support the individual needs of each child

**Requirements**:

- Experience in residential childcare
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Passion for making a real difference in the lives of children and young people
