**The role**
This fantastic trainee role will teach you all you need to know about how to become a successful broker. You’ll learn how to source, develop, and build a book of business in line with the company’s overall strategy, providing robust support and advice to clients and achieving your personal achievable monthly targets, while fully embracing the client centric company culture.
