We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual who is motivated to succeed to join our team. The Contracts & Installations Manager will be responsible for overseeing our UK Energy Storage Service Centre and ensuring that all operations runsmoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Contracts & Installations Manager include, but are not limited to:

- Liaise and coordinate with professional installers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of battery storage and renewable energy installations for a wide variety of projects and programmes across social housing, local authorities and regional andnational housebuilders, the commercial and industrial sector, as well as private households.
- Facilitate smooth running of supply contracts, working with suppliers and manufacturers and helping to grow the business further through managing these relationships.
- Act as first point of contact for installers and customers in relation to our sales and supply contracts and support for them before, during and after installations.
- Oversee UK energy storage Service Centre with tasks including first point of contact regarding customer queries and warranty issues, installer support and fault-finding, maintaining customer database.
- Ensure installers are adequately trained and knowledgeable on the installation of products.
- Manage technical interactions with installers and customers.
- Responsible for communication with clients to ensure all departments within the team are aware of progress and any issues that may arise.
- Travel to Telford head office and installation sites when required and occasional international travel.

AceOn has a deep understanding of battery chemistries such as Alkaline, Lithium Ion (Li-Ion), Lithium Phosphate (LiFePO4), Lithium Manganese, Lithium Thionyl Chloride, NiCd, NiMH, and Sealed Lead Acid, as well as other emerging battery technologies, thanksto its 25 years of experience in the battery industry.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Contracts & Installations Manager are:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in the Battery industry with a knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics, installation, service and maintenance of battery storage systems, ideally with some experience of domestic and/or commercial energy storage.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong engineering thinking and knowledge of electrics.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead technically based initiatives of some complexity and impact.
- Ability to build relationships and a good rapport with clients to generate confidence.
- Experienced Excel user (preferred, but not essential).
- Familiar in all aspects of job-related Health and Safety.
- A willingness to learn and never afraid of change.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
