**What your role is**

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and growth-minded marketer to lead the Haagen-Dazs brand in the UK. The UK is a core market for General Mills and within that Haagen-Dazs is one of our focus brands with a high level of ambition and resources to match. Coming from humble beginnings in the 1960s founded by Reuben and Rose Mathus Haagen-Dazs is now an iconic global brand enjoyed by millions across the world and we are looking for a passionate ice cream lover to take us to the next level in the UK.

**Key Accountabilities**

As the Head of Haagen-Dazs UK you will:

- Define the vision and strategy for Haagen-Dazs UK
- Lead the Haagen-Dazs UK business towards its annual targets
- Lead and help orchestrate remarkable brand-building campaigns
- Lead and refine the current business model to create value for all stakeholders
- Lead the broad cross-functional team in achieving the plan
- Contribute towards the broader marketing culture by being part of the UK marketing leadership team

**What you will bring to the team**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing either in the CPG, or, luxury goods space
- Strong marketing experience, with a proven track record of creating powerful brand building campaigns which generate excellent results
- Commercial P&L experience with the ability to develop strong business models
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- Ability to effectively navigate across the organization at all levels
- High level of ambition and strong growth mindset
