**Overview**
The Planning, Growth and Sustainability directorate of Buckinghamshire Council work with partners to help shape the future of Buckinghamshire. They deliver services on planning, economic growth, regeneration, strategic infrastructure, transport and property. Their key priorities include developing the economic narrative for Bucks, creating more jobs and delivering the right infrastructure to help businesses and residents thrive. They also aim to provide a proactive planning service that is responsive, whilst making the best use of the Council's land and property portfolio. This will in turn support community services and create housing, jobs, regeneration and income to support public services.

**About the role**
As a S106 Developer Contributions Administrator you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

- Measuring scaled plans accurately-
- Preparing and sending out Liability Notices, Demand Notices and invoices in a timely and efficient way- Ensuring the appropriate split of funds into 5% administration fee, 15-25% local allocations, and the balance to the Council- Checking payments are received- Input to databases and spreadsheets ensuring that records are kept up to date including permissions granted, development starts, CIL payments and S106 agreements, income and spending- Assisting with the monitoring and reporting of financial contributions that are due, have been received, and those that have been spentThe Amersham office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP6 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40

**About you**
- Suitable applicants will be able to accurately interpret and measure architectural plans on paper and in electronic format- You will have a high standard of numeracy, able to work systematically, accurately and with attention to detail-
- Working knowledge of relevant specialist software such as Exacom, property databases and GIS is also a requirement- Due to the frequent liaison activities, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.**About us and our Client**
