An exciting Term Time Only, Monday to Friday Only opportunity has come up for a Food Service Assistant to join the Holroyd Howe Catering Team at Royal Grammar School in Guildford

Royal Grammar School - Guildford are looking for staff 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday, this position is Term Time only. This position offers a fantastic work life balance weekly, plus all of the school holidays off, no Bank Holidays require working and you will also have the whole of the Christmas period, not returning until the New Year.

This role is only suitable for applicants able to commit to the hours and days stated in the advert.

The hourly rate is £11.50 per hour and this is then calculated pro rata to give equal monthly payments throughout the year which include holiday pay.

The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for a **_Food Service Assistant_** a background in food catering services would be desirable but not necessary as full training is given to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

As a **_Food Service Assistant_** you will

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally have experience working within Education catering
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Be a team player, and enjoy succeeding as a team
- Possess great customer service skills
- Have a flexible approach to work
