Scanning Operative

Freeway Recruitment are actively seeking a full time temporary to possibly permanent scanning operative to work on their clients contract.

Position - Scanning Operative

Duration ongoing

Pay 9.50 per hour PAYE

Hours of work Monday to Friday

Shift 05:00 am to 2.00 pm

Duties - As a scanning operative you will be responsible for but not limited to the following

Taking confidential documents from archived boxes

Scanning the original document using specialist scanners to send on tot he system

To follow specified work instructions to ensure that documents are accurately scanned according to specifications and make alterations as necessary.

Additional Duties Undertake any other ad hoc duties, in respect to the Data Capture Department (e.g. File Validation, Inbounding Return files, Barcode Production etc.) function as requested.

Key Technical Skills Excellent IT skills

Documentation Dealing with confidential and sensitive data for employees, customers, clients.

Core Competencies Team player High work ethic

Able to work to deadlines A high degree of concentration.

Able to access site by means of own transport or good transport links to Swinton.

Full right to work in the UK.
